Important Le patron frame overo est celui associé au risque de mégacôlon létal (LWFS) lorsqu’un poulain est homozygote pour la mutation EDNRB. Les patrons sabino et splash white ne sont pas associés au LWFS. Un cheval peut paraître « simplement pie » sans que le type d’overo soit évident visuellement.
